The bad news is that the Browse box still isn't appearing in the Blogger Insert Image window :-(
The good news is other people using Blogger don't seem to be having the same issue.
The other good news is my parents gave me a copy of Carla Sonheim's book "Drawing Lab for Mixed Media Artists".

Photo to follow when Blogger's cooperating. Maybe it doesn't function well in hot weather either. Maybe I should try from work computer on Monday.
