Dymock's Bookshop $5.00 sale price for book with digatal clipart

something I've never tried to use before, this is my first try.

The book is

Photoshop Brushes & Creative Tools: Calligraphic and Abstract Designs

With most of Australia's manufacturing having gone to China

it's a big deal now to have things made here

- a not to be missed marketing opportunity,

Catching up on my project from while I was away.

Korean pearl paper strips came with instructions for making those tiny origami stars,

but 5mm wide was too tiny and too slippery for me to master.

This is the sun design

and here's the basic animation as I grope may way around ToonBoom,

on my computer it will play with QuickTime Player or RealPlayer

Knit 2 Purl 2 Typing Mitts based on some my sister designed for herself.

Pink for Nancy, grey for Liz, purple stripes for myself.

I've sprained my left wrist so no knitting for me at the moment - bad timing

as we had our World Wide Knit in Public day at Cafe Brunelli today,

I did lots of eating (and forgot to take any photos there as per every year).
